REAL ESTATE

Velo Homes and Estates is the culmination of years of real estate experience and development. Tony Rosso’s (Velo founder and Realtor®) objective was to elevate his current brand with a sleek new look, updated brand messaging, a handsome website, and supporting print deliverables that would further extend the brand’s message. The updated brand needed to reflect a look and feel that would resonate with clients ranging from millennials to adults 40 - 50 years old. We started with the DNA of Tony’s old brand and began building a framework for the new brand.

LOGO

Tony already had a simple vision for the logo: a striking rendition of the letter “V”. We expanded on the concept of the singular letter “V” by crafting it in such a way that was modern, slightly futuristic, and sharp.

To achieve the simplistic aesthetic, we began breaking the letter “V” down into smaller components and then reconfiguring it back together in different ways. We wanted to achieve something that had just a hint of abstraction while being legible.

MOODBOARD

Working with an aesthetic that is both classic and current, Velo evokes luxury without being ostentatious. All images and design elements reflect Tony’s charm with an elevated scale and masculine feel. Think monochromatic, textural, and architectural, using darker colors that reveal Tony’s true character.

WEBSITE

Tony wanted a new website that reflected real estate in a user-friendly manner. Clean and simple text and CTA’s, architectural use in photos, and an almost completely static design made for the perfect solution. We went with a 1-pager approach to keep the site low maintenance and clutter free so that maintenance for Tony would be easy post launch. The site uses a dark and moody aesthetic to further highlight Tony’s reintroduction into the real estate industry as a powerhouse realtor.
