After refreshing Realty One Group’s luxury brand division (One Luxe), we strategized a vibrant, enriching lifestyle magazine to enhance the brand and create more brand exposure for the company.

ABD Agency and Maxa Designs collaborated to curate a magazine that would serve as a fun and secondary informational hub for the brand. Our core segments for the magazine included agent highlights, predicted trends in design and real estate, family destination attractions, market trends in real estate and lastly, philanthropy work done by the company. We focused less on real estate and selling and more on creating an all-inclusive worldly experience that our following would want to be a part of.

Our previous working relationship made for a seamless transition into this new realm of lifestyle and exploration.
