Refinement


 

Realty One Group International is one of the top producing real estate companies in the greater OC area. With an already established brand and real estate following, we wanted to distinguish their luxury division (One Luxe) and also cultivate a lifestyle presence within the brand.

ABD Agency and Maxa Designs joined forces to create one cohesive powerhouse brand that would differentiate ROG from the competition.

We started with a refinement of the existing brand with a goal of creating a “Maximal Minimalist” aesthetic and then allowing that aesthetic to translate across a plethora of collateral and digital assets.

The result is a sexy and sleek all-encompassing brand that tells the story of each segment of the company while introducing the world to their luxury lifestyle.

Social Media
Curation

We started with designing a collection of social media templates that would engage ROG’s target audience of potential buyers, sellers and potential agents. We focused on the areas of branding, listing, testimonials and real estate tips.

We then formulated these same templates for story posts for both Instagram and Facebook.

A complete redesign of ROG’s Listing Presentation soon followed.
Here, we focused on bold and vibrant imagery and minimal copy to create a succinct and fun viewing experience for their clientele.

Promotional
Marketing Materials

 

We designed a hefty batch of promotional and property flyers for ROG with the intention of segmenting between their standard division and their luxury division (One Luxe). One Luxe collateral features more white space, minimal design and a significant use of gold accents and trim.

Mailers followed shortly after as ROG expressed their interest in farming across many regions in Southern California.
